All Antenna support tickets have been moved to Pega’s My Support Portal (MSP). What were called tickets in Antenna support are Support Requests in Pega’s MSP. The best way to get started with Pega Product Support is to do these things first:

Please note all currently opened tickets will continue to be tracked in Jira, unless stated otherwise in any given CS Jira ticket.
